Office Administrator
Pam Simone is the proud wife of Dr. Simone and our wonderful office administrator. She provides customer service through coordination of patient appointments, support and communication. After retiring from Clark County School District as an elementary school principal, Pam was excited to join the team. She enjoys interacting with the patients and seeing Dr. Simone and Dr. Keam taking the practice to new levels. When not in the office, Pam spends time traveling with Dr. Simone and their dog, Lucky, as well as reading and taking cooking classes.
Kelly McElfresh
Dental Assistant
Kelly has been in the dental field and an incredible asset to Keam Simone Dental Aesthetics for 30 years! She takes pride in providing quality service to her patients and is a wealth of knowledge for any questions you may have. Outside of the office, Kelly enjoys visiting her wonderful daughter, Megan, and her two grandchildren, Maeve and Hayden, in Portland as frequently as possible. They are so fun and never a dull moment! She also enjoys going on scenic drives and going out to the plentiful restaurants Las Vegas has to offer with her long-term boyfriend, Lee. Not only is Kelly an artist in the dental office, but she also enjoys crafts and home projects.
Carmina
Dental Assistant
Carmina is a Las Vegas native and has proudly called the city home her entire life. She has been dental assisting since 2017 and truly enjoys being part of a team dedicated to providing exceptional dental care. Carmina finds fulfillment in helping patients feel comfortable and confident during their visits and values the relationships built along the way. Outside of the office, she loves being a mom to her three children Jr, Milo, and Cataleya, and recently married her high school sweetheart, Daniel. In her spare time, Carmina enjoys watching and playing sports, especially soccer, which she has played her whole life, and cheering on her sons as they play baseball and football. She is grateful to be part of a practice that feels like family.
Melissa
Hygienist
Melissa was born and raised in Alberta, Canada but traded in the cold winters for the Nevada sunshine! She is happily married to her husband, Dan, and together they share two sons, two daughters, and one cute daughter in law (so far). Melissa has been a dental hygienist for 30+ years and has loved being a part of the Keam Simone Dental family in recent years. Her favorite part of working with us is getting to know all of our fabulous patients and hearing their unique stories. Her favorite things to enjoy outside of work are being with her family, spending time outdoors, and traveling to new places and meeting new people.
Christy
Hygienist
Christy is an experienced, adaptable, and patient-focused Registered Dental Hygienist with a strong background in general, cosmetic, periodontal, and prosthodontic care. Licensed in Nevada, Missouri and Tennessee, she is known for excellence in chairside education, restorative and cosmetic co-diagnosis, laser therapy, and leadership within high-volume and specialty dental practices. Her career spans aesthetic dentistry, implant and fixed prosthesis care, accelerated hygiene environments, and advanced periodontal therapy, with a consistent focus on patient comfort, confidence, and long-term oral health outcomes.
In addition to her clinical expertise, she is deeply committed to service and leadership within the dental and recovery communities, serving as President Elect of National Dental Hygienist Association and previous President of ADHA Nevada and as a Celebrate Recovery leader. She is passionate about helping facilitate safe, supportive meetings where individuals can overcome life’s hurts, hang-ups, and habits. In her free time, she enjoys spending time with her family, cooking, practicing yoga, singing, and investing in meaningful connections that promote healing, growth, and hope.
